Honda CRV Driveshaft

Image
Honda driveshafts are not that hard to replace at all. You just need to have a steady jack and the ability to lift the driveshaft itself. The only thing that I know is that sometimes the driveshafts can be unbalanced in which you can get rebalanced but I never had to do that.  One day we were just driving down the road coming home from the store and we heard a loud pop and a grinding noise, we pulled over and looked and seen the driveshaft decided it wanted to delete itself and take the gear shift cable with it.  We could of drove it without the driveshaft in which as long as your transmission is a closed loop and does not leak oil or grease like ours then you can do it but if its not then you cannot do that.  We could not drive it without the gear shift cable so I decided to go on amazon and find my parts because it is cheaper there then going and ordering from a part store and they came in quicker also.  I have not had a single problem with it using amazon ...

After running to the part store not once but twice trying to find a hose for it, we found out the hose size is a 5/16th hose . The 5/8ths is a little to big. We also found out that if you are looking for the hose it is called a fuel line hose. We ended fighting with it for about 30 minutes trying to squeeze the nozzle in the hose ...
